The turnover review is a good move but the change I'd like to have seen is to encourage the zebras to let the play 'play out' before whistling the ball dead in those kind of situations. On occasions last year reviews would've ruled turnovers and moved the ball well up the field, resulted in a score, resulted in a penalty, resulted in a turnover BACK to the original team, etc. but because of the urgency to blow the whistle the plays were stopped before an outcome could be reached.
I'm sure someone with a better memory can pick out a few situations from games last year but I know I got as frustrated as the commentators regularly about bad decisions being made because the play was stopped too soon.
Let it 'play out' first, then go back and review what happened.
